Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

 

There will be a fee for mortgage advice. This can be paid in either of two ways:

 

1. A fee of £290 payable at the outset when you apply for a mortgage. We will also be paid commission from the lender.

2. A fee of £1495 when you apply for the mortgage. Any commission or fee that we will receive from the lender will be refunded to you.
